Should two people wish to occupy the apartment, there would be an additional cost of £126.53 pcm which is for three meals per day. Should the second occupant not wish to take up the offer of meals, this fee would not be charged.
Each apartment has an emergency assistance pull chord systems throughout and there are communal areas perfect for socialising including lounge and gardens, with social events taking place on a regular basis should you wish to get involved.

The Energy-Efficiency Rating is a measure of a home's overall efficiency. The higher the rating, the more energy-efficient the home is, and the lower the fuel bills are likely to be.
The following are permitted payments which we may request from you:
