- Three Bedrooms
- Attractive Gardens
This well propertied family home offers a deceptive amount of space. It is exceptionally bright to the front elevation which faces south.
Although it faces North-South, the gardens predominately lie to the east. Laid predominately to lawn but are extremely versatile, due to their size they will always offer a pleasant place to sit in the sun.

A partially glazed uPVC door accompanied by a floor to ceiling frosted window provides access as well as ample light in to the central hallway where stairs lead to the first floor. There is also a storage cupboard and two panelled doors provide access in to both the kitchen and the living room which has a large south facing window overlooking the front garden. In addition, there is an east facing window, large fireplace containing an electric fire with hearth and mantle. A small arch leads through to the dining area which has uPVC double glazed sliding doors; it is here where the size of the garden can be first appreciated. A panelled door leads through from the dining room in to the kitchen with tiled floor and ample storage in the form of base and wall mounted units, there is an integrated oven and hob, 1.5 bowl stainless steel sink with drainer and mixer tap as well as a generous pantry cupboard. The kitchen serves as a central hub providing access to the aforementioned hallway, dining room and also the utility room which has matching floor tiles to the kitchen, additional worktop space as well as a stainless steel sink with drainer and plumbing for a washer dryer. It also houses the Worcester Bosch boiler and has external access through uPVC stable style door out on to the rear garden. Additional storage can be found in the form of a large cupboard with inbuilt shelf and a partially glazed door leads through to the garage.
The landing at the top of the stairs is of good size and provides access to all of the rooms on the first floor. This includes two good size double bedrooms with south facing uPVC windows in both and also the smaller bedroom which also has south facing windows as well as a storage cupboard above the stairs. The family bathroom is currently split in to separate WC and separate bath with shower above and pedestal style basin. We would imagine the future owner would remove the partition to create a good size family bathroom.
Double and decorative wrought iron gates fixed to an attractive low level brick wall with stone capping provide access on to the flagged driveway which in turn provides access in to the garage with up and over garage door. To the front and south of the property there is a rockery lined with various shrubs and a flagged path leads through the front face. Down the eastern edge through a panelled fence with gate and into the rear garden were a patio lies adjacent to the sliding French doors into the dining room. The remainder of the garden, as previously mentioned, lies to the east but also wraps around to the north. There is a variety of different shrubs and trees which provide decoration as well as offer good privacy. In addition, there is a greenhouse with flagged floor; a fence lines the far eastern boundary.
