From the front door, you enter in to a hallway with exposed floorboards, there is a partially glazed door leading through to the living room which is of a good size; its main focal point is its fireplace on a protruding chimney breast. There is a gas fire with marble hearth and also a mantle piece. Ornate carvings surround the fire. The room itself has attractive coving, dado rail, built in shelving, wall mounted lights, as well as a central ceiling light. There is also a rather attractive window with working shutters. A partially glazed door at the rear of the room leads down three small steps in to the kitchen/ diner with both an integrated oven with four ring gas hob, a stainless steel sink with mixer tap and drainer and various clever storage units including one positioned under the stairs. Natural light comes from a partially glazed stable style door facing south and also another large window, also facing south.
