From West Exit the A69 via the Corbridge slip road signed A68/ B6529, turn left and follow the A68 until you reach the roundabout at The Errington Coffee House. Take the 3rd exit on to the B6318 the follow for 2.1 miles and take the left turn signposted Ingoe & Matfen. After 1.8 miles take a slight right and you will see the farmhouse on the left.
From East When using the A69 heading West from Newcastle, follow the road until the slip road for B6528/ Heddon on the Wall. At the junction turn right then bear round the corner and take your first left signposted East Heddon. At the junction with Stamfordham Road, turn left and follow until you take the B6309 to Stamfordham then turn left on to Grange Road. Continue straight for 1.7 miles then you will see the Farmhouse and Plots on the right hand side.
